Skool is out, Milicent is almost through her holiday season with Artemis Design co. (shoes & bags that are as beautiful as a plate of perfect wangz!!) and we were looking to relax, and TREAT ourselves. After Milicent decided to officially join the wing side, she came up with a great idea. She said to me: “Alex, tonight let’s get the BEST wings!” And obviously this idea was brilliant, but it posed a question. Where are the best wings? Well, according to the internet (google, yelp, weird obscure sites I’ve never looked at) Buff’s Pub was the place to go.
This place intrigued me as it pays homage to the wings native land: Buffalo, New York. I have REGRETFULLY never been, and am hoping my sister’s boyfriend will take me to the esteemed Duff’s and Anchor Bar, as he is a Buffalo man himself (good going Ariel!!) but that’s a tangent! Anyways, anyone citing authentic Buffalo wings better be able to put out.
I will start off by saying, I give Buff’s a 10/10 for hospitality. I truly believe a good wing is one made with pride, and these folks are awesome. We were seated graciously and warmly even though it was packed. The place was full and it smelled great.
We ordered an order of Hot buffalo wings, and an order of Honey Hot Buffalo (which I’d only had at croxleys until this juncture) both crispy of course.
Buff’s Pub: 9
THE GOOD: These wings were incredible!!! The sauce: perfect! The crisp: perfect! Fresh! Hot! Perfect heat level! This was the Jean George of wings. This was the Hermes birkin!! These wings were EVERYTHING you hope for in a wing.
THE BAD:
There honestly was nothing wrong about these wings. I have never said that before, and it makes me mildly uncomfortable. I have not given them a 10 YET because I have never been to Buffalo and I need to see how they stack up. But seriously, this place holds current BEST WING TITLE. The internet was right for once.

I am on the left looking a bit overtired, and Mili looks like a hot wing model (get it!?!?!)
