This is a safe place to explore my personal love of wings. Though I always try to be openminded, in my heart, true wings are hot and crispy BUFFALO wings. A good wing is only as good as its sauce (with a good vinegar to heat ratio), its crisp factor, its freshness, and that x factor that cannot be articulated.
The dark side of wings, is when they are disrespected. A lot of places throw them on their menu, as they are an appetizer staple, and should be acknowledged. HOWEVER, a good wing is a wing made with pride, love, and dedication. Good wings are an art.
That said- this blog is dedicated to wings. Where to get them, how to order them, and most importantly whose wings RULE, and whose wings disrespect Buffalo, New York.

Hey! Thank you! Love a great Italian as well, peppers are everything. I had never had an Italian before living in New York, and when I found them I bounced around in search for the best (Faicco’s won) (And I ate one liiiike everyday for 2.5 weeks).
